# Anzahlung als Gutschrift verbucht
Nachdem eine Anzahlung hinzugefügt wurde, wird diese, zur späteren Anrechnung auf die Nächtigungen, am primären Folio vorgemerkt. Wenn Sie z.B. eine Anzahlung über 100 € verbucht haben, so finden Sie am primären Folio eine Vormerkung über -100 €.
Solange Sie die Nächtigungen noch nicht aufgebucht haben (z.B. durch einen Check-In) ist am primären Folio eine fiktive Gutschrift über 100 €. Fiktiv deshalb, weil eine Anzahlung in der Regel entweder mit einer Stornogebühr oder mit den tatsächlichen Leistungen gegengerechnet wird. Wenn Sie nun eine Rechnung am primären Folio erstellen, ohne zuvor irgendwelche Leistungen aufzubuchen, stellen Sie dem Gast eine Rechnung über -100 € (sozusagen eine Gutschrift) aus.
### Warum ist das so?
Eine Anzahlung, wird je nach Land und Höhe der Anzahlung, evtl. mit oder ohne Umsatzsteuer in Rechnung gestellt. Ob die Anzahlung später jedoch für umsatzsteuerfreie Leistungen (z.B. Stornogebühr) oder umsatzsteuerpflichtige Leistungen (z.B. Nächtigungen, No-Show-Gebühr) verwendet wird, ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht bekannt. Deshalb muss die Anzahlung am primären Folio vorgemerkt bleiben, bis die damit zu verrechnende Leistung feststeht.
