Wählen Sie den gewünschten Zeitraum aus (1) und klicken Sie danach rechts unten auf den Button mit den 3 Punkten Zimmerstatus (2)

Hier können Sie nun aus den verschiedenen Optionen die richte auswählen (z.B. Außer Betrieb oder Vertraglich vergeben).

Danach wird im Zimmerplan das ensprechende Symbol angezeigt und die freie Zimmeranzahl entsprechend reduziert.

Gehen Sie vor wie beim Setzen des Zimmerstatus und wählen Sie nun die Option Verfügbar aus.
