# Anmeldung von Gruppen (Meldeblätter)
Bei der Anmeldung von Gruppen (in den meisten Gemeinden/Städten ab 6 Personen) gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:
* Meldung als "**Reisegruppe**" Hierbei sind Name, Geburtsdatum und Anschrift von allen Gästen erforderlich - das ist z.B. notwendig, wenn auch Gästekarten¹ ausgestellt werden sollten
* Meldung als "**Reisegruppe (vereinfacht)**" Hierbei sind nur die Daten des Reiseleiters erforderlich, bei den Teilnehmern der Reisegruppe wird nur die Anzahl je Nation und Gästetyp (z.B. Ortstaxenpflicht ja/nein) gemeldet. Sofern keine Gästekarten¹ ausgestellt werden sollten, empfiehlt sich diese Art der Gästemeldung, da sie mit einer erheblichen Zeitersparnis verbunden ist.
Die Art der Gästemeldung kann, vor der Anmeldung, jederzeit über das Feld "Meldetyp" (neben der Meldeblatt Nr.) verändert werden. Eine nachträgliche Änderung ist nicht mehr möglich - in diesem Fall muss das Meldeblatt storniert und ein neues ausgestellt werden.
¹ Gästekarten werden an Gäste ausgestellt und bieten meist einige Ermäßigungen auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung (z.B. freier Museumseintritt, täglich eine Bergfahrt kostenlos, ...)
